Unlike traditional agencies, we don’t prioritise commissions and instead find the best options for our customers and pass on any cost saving to you. This is why we instead charge a planning fee.
It’s hard to give you an exact figure up front as the planning fee can vary based on the destination, the number of people, the number of days, the requirements given to us, and other factors
However, for a ball-park estimate the planning fee would be around 5-10% of overall budget.
All accommodation, flights and other bookings like transport are done on a reimbursement basis. The customer will have to reimburse these expenses in full before the trip begins.
