The planning fees are non-refundable and are collected regardless of trip completion. This guarantees that Bonsai Journeys will be compensated for the time and effort we put into planning your trip.
The cost involved in booking any flights, accommodation, transport, or other activities are refundable to the extent that they are cancelled within the free cancellation window provided by the supplier. In all other cases, the full cost of the bookings must be reimbursed by the customer.
